WELCOME TO LOMBOK HOTELS

Lombok island is smaller than Bali or around 4000 square kilometers. Lombok island since independence is part of Nusa Tenggara Barat province which includes Sumbawa, Komodo, Moyo and many small islands. As a tourism destination, Lombok has many interesting places. Due to the influence of Bali in the past Lombok, especially West Lombok shows the similarity with Bali. It is said that West Lombok was Bali 15 years ago. This word is not totally correct since West Lombok is far more developed than other part of Lombok. Compared to central and east Lombok, West Lombok has experienced a great changes since 1980s, when various Lombok hotels were constructed along Senggigi beach which has given multiplier effects on local economy. Senggigi Beach is especially where various Lombok hotels are now standing from simple Lombok hotels, medium category Lombok hotels, and deluxe Lombok hotels. Senggigi Beach is the most famous tourist resorts followed by Kuta Beach. Kuta Lombok has also various Lombok hotels from the simple Lombok hotels, medium category Lombok hotels, up to deluxe Lombok hotels such as Novotel Corralia Lombok. Futher North from Senggigi Beach also have been built some hotels, and the most luxurious hotel in Lombok is found there such as the Oberoi Lombok. Mataram the capital city of Nusa Tenggara Barat, around 5 kms from Sengigi beach has also some Lombok hotels, especially city hotels. Lombok hotels in the city are normlly booked by domestic travelers, or students.
